These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theEuropepass website and our visa consultancy, holiday package, and travel booking services. By contacting us, submitting a form, or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Fast Europepass provides visa consultancy and application support, holiday package planning, and flight/hotel reservation assistance. We act as a facilitator and consultant — we are not the embassy, consulate, airline, or hotel, and final decisions on visas, bookings, and reservations rest with those respective authorities and providers.

2. Visa Package Pricing & Payment

• Package fees (Basic, Standard, Advance, Premium) cover our consultancy and processing service only, and do not include embassy visa fees, insurance premiums, or third-party charges unless stated otherwise.
• Prices shown on our website are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed with you before you proceed.
• Full or partial payment may be required in advance to begin processing, as agreed with our consultant.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Our consultancy fee covers the time and work already carried out on your case; once processing has started, this portion is generally non-refundable.
• Refunds for unused, un-submitted applications may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any costs already incurred.
• Third-party costs (embassy fees, flights, hotels, insurance) follow the refund policy of the respective provider and are outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Responding promptly to requests for additional documents or information
• Attending your visa appointment or interview as scheduled
• Ensuring your passport and required documents remain valid throughout the process

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or missed appointments on your part.

5. Holiday Packages & Bookings

Prices for holiday packages are per person unless stated otherwise, and are indicative until confirmed in writing. Availability of flights and hotels is subject to change by the respective airline or hotel, andEuropepass will inform you of any changes as soon as we’re made aware.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law,Europepass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, missed connections, or visa refusal, except where such loss is a direct result of our proven negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — belongs toEuropepass or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may link to or communicate through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of London, Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
